Built for real communities

From Firewise days to open houses

Designed for communities, teams, and local organizations that need a public schedule people trust — not another project-management suite.

Neighborhoods & HOAs

One public calendar for meetings, workdays, and block parties — easy to share with every household.

Firewise & preparedness

Chip days, defensible-space workshops, and readiness events neighbors can follow in one place.

Emergency & public services

CERT drills, agency briefings, and public-service schedules residents can subscribe to.

Schools & PTAs

Sports, concerts, open houses, and fundraisers stay aligned without spreadsheet chaos.

Real estate teams

Open houses, broker tours, and listing events in one link clients and agents actually open.

Sports leagues & clubs

Games, practices, and tournaments parents can subscribe to — without chasing group texts.

Parks & recreation

Classes, facility schedules, and community programs in a schedule residents can trust.

Support groups

Recurring meetings and gatherings with a clear public schedule people can trust and share.

Nonprofits & clubs

Publish volunteer shifts, programs, and gatherings with a polished page people actually open.

Faith & civic groups

Services, classes, town halls, and community nights in one trustworthy schedule.

Cities & districts

Combine department calendars into a single resident-facing view — still editable by each team.

Local businesses

Pricing

Simple pricing. Built to stay cheaper than the alternatives.

FAQ

Common questions

Quick answers about plans, sharing, and how CalTogether fits next to the calendar apps you already use. More on Help.

What is CalTogether?
It’s a simple way to publish a shared calendar for your community. Add events, share a public link (or put the calendar on your website), and people can browse what’s coming up without creating an account.
Who is it for?
Neighborhoods and HOAs, Firewise groups, schools and PTAs, churches, sports leagues, parks & rec, nonprofits, real estate teams, emergency and public services — anyone who needs one public schedule people can trust.
How is this different from Google Calendar?
Google Calendar is great for private schedules and invites. CalTogether is built for the public face of your community — a branded page, photos, optional “Suggest an event,” website embeds, and team editing without a shared login. Plenty of groups keep Google for staff and use CalTogether for what neighbors and members actually open.
How much does it cost?
Free covers one public calendar, team invites, a shareable page, calendar subscriptions, and email alerts (100/month). Growing is $7/month (or $70/year) for unlimited calendars, website embeds, custom themes, more email alerts, and text reminders. Organization is $19/month (or $190/year) for multiple workspaces, higher limits, and priority support. Extra text packs are $5 for 125 messages.
Can people suggest events?
Yes. Turn on Suggest an event for a calendar and visitors can propose something new. You review each suggestion before it goes live — approve it to publish, or delete it if it isn’t a fit. When you publish, the person who submitted gets an email with a link to the calendar.
Can I put the calendar on my website?
Yes, on Growing and Organization plans. You get embed code that works on common hosts, including Google Sites, WordPress, and similar school or church sites.
Can people add it to their own calendar app?
Yes. When Subscribe is enabled, visitors can follow the calendar in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, and other apps that support a standard calendar feed.
How do email and text reminders work?
On the public calendar, anyone can opt into email and/or text reminders — no account required. Confirm via the link we send by email or text before reminders start. Free includes email alerts; text reminders are on paid plans. For texts, reply STOP to cancel, START to resubscribe after you’ve opted in on the website, or HELP for caltogether.com/help.
